It appears that the actual horn pad was the issue. If you can unplug the horn wiring and then have someone listen for with relay clicks when you plug it back in we can find it. The weather was not a factor. It has just turned over 40,000 miles and the warrenty has ran out on it. I also found pieces of what was later identified as c clips from my lsd clutch assembly.
Are you sure it was 1 amp? Have a 2006 Dodge with same problems with hvac in dash failures of mode door and recirculation door with 3 dealer replacements of both since purchased new. Vehicle has never been in frontal collision and bags never deployed. Now I can't tow a trailer until the problem is fixed. This does not have to be a computer problem. This could've caused a wreck.
