Bree tells him that if it means saving everyone else then it is worth it. Adam and Bree escape to rescue Chase. Douglas tells the group that his old college ex-girlfriend, a film director named Giselle, will be making a film titled Bionic Action Hero based on all of them and starring an up-and-coming actor named Troy West. Troy awakens and double-crosses Giselle because she was planning to get rid of him. After the Mighty Med hospital has been destroyed by supervillains, Adam and Leo volunteer to oversee the students at Davenport's Bionic Academy.
The series aired on the Disney cable network. Douglas calls Giselle so Leo can track her location. Giselle unleashes more android warriors, but they are quickly destroyed by Leo and Douglas. Giselle also reveals that all of her film crew members are androids, including Troy. Giselle enters and mockingly apologizes. Leo's life becomes less ordinary when, one day, he discovers a secret underground lab that houses three experiments: superhuman teenagers.
The boy befriends the experiments and tries to pass them off as ordinary teenagers are they, together, fight evil. He leaves Bree behind to give the file to Giselle who conspires to eliminate the Lab Rats and start her own race of genetically modified androids. At the academy, Leo deactivates the android warrior. Chase then hatches a plan to use a virus to destroy the servers. Chase reveals to everyone that he is alive.
However, Giselle manages to escape. Adam feels guilty because all he has ever done to Chase is punch and make fun of him, but never told him that he loved him. That allows Kaz, Oliver and Skylar to team up with Chase and Bree to form a powerful force that combines bionic heroes and superheroes. Bree explains to everyone that Giselle only lured them to the set to kill them. She enters his dressing room, but Giselle and Troy start to walk in. . The androids then surround the Lab Rats and Troy sneaks up, knocks Chase unconscious, and carries him away.
The Lab Rats put their lives at risk when they face off against the vanished students' captors - a nefarious duo they recognize from their past. While trying to find his bedroom, Leo accidentally discovers teenage siblings with bionic powers living in his new basement. After some hesitation, Adam, Chase, and Leo get ready to attack just as Troy backs away to a sink full of water. Giselle is intrigued and wants to meet him, but Douglas says she can see parts of him. At the movie studio, Bree is still confused on why Troy blew her off. Douglas is unable to locate Chase because Giselle deactivated his Location App.
Bree demands for Adam to use his blast wave to take Troy out, but he refuses, saying it would take her out as well. As the show progresses in the second, third, and fourth seasons, it gets darker with the introduction of Donald's younger brother Douglas Davenport who later joins the Lab Rats' side, Douglas' android son, Marcus Davenport, Victor Krane, Taylor formerly known as S-1 , who joins the Lab Rats during the fourth season, Sebastian formerly known as S-3 , Krane's bionic soldiers, Giselle, who's planning on rebuilding Marcus, and Troy West, Giselle's android creation. Together, they make it their mission to track down the villains, hoping to rid the world of them and keep things safe for everybody. In this sitcom, a teenager discovers that his inventor father has created a trio of super-powered bionic teenagers and is keeping them in the basement. Giselle later tells them that the set is rigged with explosives. The team initially blames a glitch, but realize the kids are pawns in a much bigger master plan. At the lab, Adam and Bree use their bionic abilities to knock out Giselle and Troy.
As Leo figures out a way to keep his new pals' bionic abilities a secret, they help him build self-confidence. With her out of the way, he plans on not only destroying bionic humans but also all humans. The show follows the bionic teens as they unravel in adventurous situations in an attempt to live life like a normal family in the fictional town of Mission Creek, California. A young teenager named Leo Dooley lived a normal life until the day his mother Tasha gets remarried to billionaire inventor Donald Davenport, whom they move in with. The android film crew starts geo-leaping away from the movie studio. At the lab, Adam and Bree battle against Giselle and Troy. Adam, Bree, Leo, and Douglas manage to escape by grabbing onto the androids.
Bree then realizes that water would destroy him and manages to break free from him and dunk him into the sink, which short-circuits him. The trio -- Adam, the strong one, Bree, the fast one and Chase, the smart one -- convinces Leo and his parents to let them leave their lab and join Leo at school, where they try to fit in while having to manage their unpredictable bionic strengths. Giselle then explains to them that she wanted to get her hands on advanced android fighting machines until Adam, Bree, and Chase ruined her chances. School life and super-adventures await them all. Bree immediately falls for Troy. At the end of the third season, Donald opens up a bionic academy on a bionic island to train Krane's bionic soldiers to be the world's new bionic heroes. Giselle and Troy visit the island to learn about the bionic team.
